WHAT TO EXPECT

WALKTHROUGH & BID
We start with a job-site walkthrough so we can assess the full scope with a builder's eye. We'll review the plans, ask the right questions, and quickly turn around a clear, competitive bid.

SCHEDULING
When you're ready to move forward, we work directly with the project manager or homeowner to create a schedule that fits your timeline. We understand how a project comes together: we plan around your schedule, not the other way around.

INSTALLATION
Our crew shows up on time, works efficiently, and communicates if anything in the field warrants your attention. We treat the job site with respect and leave it clean when we're done. Every time.

FINAL INSPECTION
Once the installation is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to make sure everything is performing the way it should. We measure and verify insulation performance to ensure you're walking away confident that your investment is working at its best.
Ready to get started? We'd love to learn more about your project.
MEET ZANE
Founder & Owner, Ranger Insulation Co.

Raised in Grand County and second-generation in the trades, Zane Bishop has spent more than 30 years working in construction. That depth of experience means he understands how a build comes together from the ground up, and he brings that knowledge to every project he takes on. His construction background is a true advantage for the general contractors, builders, and homeowners he works with.
Zane knows how job sites run, what scheduling entails, and what it takes to keep a project moving. When he does a walkthrough, he's thinking about sequencing, spotting potential issues before they become problems, and making sure the insulation scope fits seamlessly into the broader build. He communicates like a builder because he is one.
Grand County's high-altitude climate and strict energy code requirements demand more than a one-size-fits-all approach, and Zane has spent a lifetime learning this region. He knows the codes, the building department, and the specific challenges that come with building in the mountains. Whether you're a general contractor running a tight schedule or a homeowner navigating your first build, you'll work with someone who knows this place as well as he knows insulation.
