01.CLOSED CELL SPRAY FOAM
CLOSED CELL SPRAY FOAM Closed cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is a low expanding, spray-applied insulation that forms an air seal wherever it is installed and has a high R-Value. Close cell foam is very stable and can add structural rigidity to your project. Closed cell foam is great for walls, lids, ceilings, and foundations. It’s also good in conjunction with other materials to create hybrid insulation systems.
02.BIBS INSULATION
BIBS INSULATION Blow-In-Blanket System (BIBS) is a proven, state-of-the-art insulation system utilizing specially manufactured fiberglass blowing wool installed in walls, floors, attics, or ceilings behind a proprietary fabric. BIBS can also be combined with closed-cell foam insulation for a flash and blow insulation package that combines the air seal of foam with the noise reduction of blowing wool.
03.UNDER SLAB INSULATION
UNDER SLAB INSULATION Concrete under slab insulation is spray applied closed cell foam to help prevent thermal loss and act as a vapor barrier. The foam is applied directly over a compacted substrate with heat tubing, rebar, and concrete being placed on top.
04.WATERPROOFING
WATERPROOFING Whether you are building a house with crawl space, slab on grade, or walk-out basement. Waterproofing the exterior concrete foundation walls is key to helping your concrete last longer and helping prevent moisture from penetrating into your home. We use Mar-Flex Fusion UV that is spray applied producing a flexible, seamless seal that resists freeze-thaw cycles.
05.CONDITIONED CRAWL SPACE
CONDITIONED CRAWL SPACE A conditioned crawl space uses a combination of closed-cell spray foam and a 20mil vapor barrier to protect your entire house from moisture, mildew, and harmful mold growth. By starting at the base of the house, you can reap the rewards of a house with better energy usage, more usable storage space, and cleaner living. 06.FIBERGLASS
FIBER GLASS Fiberglass insulation can be used in multiple applications throughout a home. Fiberglass works to trap air and slow the transfer of heat, but also helps with sound reduction. Fiberglass batts are commonly used in conjunction with a 6mil vapor barrier for exterior walls. Interior walls can be filled with fiberglass batts to help with sound transfer between floors and walls.
07.FOUNDATION INSULATION
FOUNDATION INSULATION Foundation insulation is sprayed to the inside of foundations before they’re backfilled. Underslab insulation is sprayed on top of the substrate before the concrete is poured. These two methods of insulation work in tandem to created an envelope from cold.
